Originally from Cornwall, Rowan trained at London Studio Centre, where she gained a BA(Hons) Degree in Theatre Dance. During her time there she was a member of Intoto Dance Company, where she performed pieces by Nuno Campos, Cameron McMillan, Darren Ellis and Ben Wright. In 2011 she worked with Riccardo Buscarini and Brooke Roberts for her SS12 London Fashion Week collection Wo(man) + Machine. Since then she has gone on to work Costa Crociere cruises touring Asia; performed A Russle of Wings for Wide Eyed Dance Company; and Nicola London on her dance for film projects Flirt, Disturbiaand The Six Hours Between Us. Rowan started working as an apprentice with Yorke Dance Project in 2012 and is happy to be returning this year to debut as a company member.
