Hannah Windows

Hannah’s current work, in addition to Yorke Dance Project, includes a new piece by Will Tuckett, in association with The Royal Opera House. With the Yorke Dance Project she toured England in 2012-2014 and also danced in Los Angeles; she is currently developing and rehearsing new works. Her engagements with the Covent Garden Dance Company in 2013 have involved new pieces by Will Tuckett and Jamie Thomson.  Hannah also has a longstanding association with Cork City Ballet. Trained at the English National Ballet School, London, she was selected for the premiere of Christopher Hampson’s ballet, Anniversaire, at The South Bank Centre. Later she danced with the English National Ballet at the Royal Albert Hall. Hannah toured with the European Ballet (2000 to 2003) and enjoyed five stimulating and productive years with Ballet Russe Swansea where she danced a variety of roles, notably Myrthe in Giselle. She retains close links with former members of Ballet Russe and has been returned to work with them as a teacher.
